We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental practice that focuses on General, Cosmetic, and Family Dentistry. We offer a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient care and professional development.
As part of our team, you will be involved in a variety of specialized services, including Orthodontics, Prosthodontics, and the management of both PPO and Private patients. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality dental care, and you'll have the chance to work closely with a single doctor in a collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments.
- Administer SRP and Colgate whitening treatments.
- Utilize SoftDent and Carestream software for record-keeping and scheduling.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and care techniques.
- Assist in the management of fixed prosthodontics, implants, Invisalign, and veneers.
- Efficiently manage patient schedules to ensure a smooth workflow.
What You Bring:
- A minimum of three years of experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- Proficiency in relevant software and dental technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage ranging from $55 to $65, based on experience.
- 401k option after 1 year and 1000 hours.
