Part-time 1-2 days a week hygienist needed, energetic private practice

We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join our growing general and private dental practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a boutique office environment where patient care, comfort, and personalized service are top priorities. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality preventive care while contributing to a professional and welcoming team atmosphere.

This role is well-suited for a hygienist with at least 2 years of experience who is confident performing basic hygiene procedures, sealants, and deep cleaning. You will work closely with the dental team to help patients maintain healthy smiles through thorough cleanings, oral health education, and attentive one-on-one care. In this practice, you will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour with each patient, allowing you to provide focused, high-quality treatment and build strong patient relationships.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both general and private practice settings. Strong communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered approach are essential. This position is available due to the continued growth of our practice, which reflects increasing patient demand and the need to expand our clinical team. Parking is available right outside the office for added convenience, and lunch break arrangements are negotiable. We are open to candidates seeking either full-time or part-time scheduling, and temp-to-hire may also be considered depending on fit.

Compensation is competitive, with a starting rate of about $65 per hour or slightly more, depending on experience and skill set.
