Dental Patient Coordinator
LOCATION
Denver, COLowry Main Street Dental is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time!

*Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum)

Schedule:
*Monday 8:30am-6pm
*Tuesday 7:30am-5pm
*Wednesday 7:30am-4pm
*Thursday 7:30am-4pm
*Friday 7:30am-1pm
Compensation: $20-$28/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience
*Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
*Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
*Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
*Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
*Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
*Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Experience:
*1+ years of dental front office experience is required
*Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
*Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
*Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
