We are seeking a full-time dental professional to join a dynamic, patient-centered practice that blends general dentistry with advanced specialty care. Our office serves a diverse patient base and supports a collaborative environment where clinical quality, communication, and professionalism are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, modern setting and will contribute to a team that prioritizes comprehensive, high-standard oral healthcare.
This position offers the opportunity to provide a wide range of treatment in a practice environment that includes general dentistry, periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and multi-specialty care. The practice operates as a single-doctor setting with both PPO and private patient plans, allowing for continuity of care and strong relationships with patients. You will work alongside experienced team members who support efficient workflow, excellent clinical coordination, and a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental exams, diagnosing and treating oral health conditions, developing treatment plans, and delivering restorative and preventive care. The role also includes use of digital X-rays, intraoral camera systems, NOMAD Pro, Schick imaging, Eaglesoft software, lasers, and Invisalign therapy. Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and the ability to educate patients on their oral health are essential.
The successful candidate should be confident in general and cosmetic dentistry procedures 3-5 years of experience and comfortable collaborating with specialists when advanced care is needed. A professional demeanor, strong chairside communication, and a commitment to patient comfort are important. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values clinical autonomy while working in a supportive and well-equipped practice.
To promote safety and infection control, the office provides essential PPE, including disposable gowns, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Team members are expected to follow established protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
This role is ideal for a college-educated dental professional who is passionate about comprehensive care, enjoys working with advanced technology, and wants to grow within a practice that values excellence, efficiency, and long-term patient relationships.
