Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Pflugerville, TXElite Smiles is looking for an experienced Treatment coordinator for our growing practice.
We are a privately owned practice in Pflugerville. We strive to provide the highest quality of care while building relationships with our patients.
This individual should be able to present treatment to patients, go over financing options, secure payment, and follow up with unscheduled treatment plans. We use Dentrix Ascend as our practice management software. Experience with Dentrix Ascend would be preferred but is not required.
You will have:
At least 2 years of previous dental front office experience
Knowledge of dental insurance plans
Be able to multi task
Be able to adjust and be flexible in a team environment
Bringing positivity, encouragement, and motivation to the practice
Handle all patient service issues
