LOCATION
Plano, TX**Hybrid | Plano, TX**
We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to contact inbound Meta & Google leads and schedule implant dentistry consultations.
**Schedule:**
• Mon–Fri: 8am–10pm
• Sat–Sun: 10am–6pm
• 1 in-office day/week (6:45am–3pm in Plano, remainder virtual)
• 2 weeks in-office training in Plano before hybrid
**Responsibilities:**
• Call new leads within 5 minutes
• Follow a 7-step follow-up process
• Schedule qualified in-office consults
• Update and manage CRM
**Requirements:**
• Strong phone & follow-up skills
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet & quiet space
• Company provides phone and computer
*This position does not require you to be at a desk the entire time but more of an "on-call" schedule.
