We are seeking a compassionate and skilled dental hygienist to join our thriving private practice. With a strong and loyal patient base, our team prides itself on delivering exceptional dental care while fostering a warm and welcoming environment. This full-time position is now available due to the retirement of our current dental hygienist, and we are eager to find the right candidate to continue our tradition of excellence.
As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in patient care. You will typically work with two patients simultaneously in separate rooms, providing thorough dental cleanings and assessments. Depending on the type of cleaning required, you can expect to spend quality time with each patient, ensuring their comfort and understanding of their oral health needs.
Your role will include educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices, assisting the dentist during examinations, and performing preventive dental procedures. We believe in continuous professional development, and as part of our team, you will have opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.
Requirements for this position include a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental hygienist role, an active dental hygiene license, and a commitment to patient-centered care. If you possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for fostering patient relationships, we want to hear from you!
In addition to a positive work environment, we offer competitive compensation with an hourly rate of $78-$89, based on experience. Our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO) and a 401(k) matching program to help you secure your future.
