As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our patients’ oral health through thorough assessments, cleanings, and education. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our two fantastic full-time hygienists, with ample appointment times that allow you to devote your full attention to each patient—ensuring they receive the personalized care they deserve. Our office utilizes advanced technology, including laser equipment and professionally maintained hygiene instruments, to elevate the quality of care we provide.

We value continuing education and encourage our team members to pursue professional development opportunities. A strong background in periodontal care is essential, and while a Laser Certification is preferred, we are open to discussing advanced training options for the right candidate. You'll work closely with our experienced lead dental assistant who ensures that sterilization and infection control procedures are meticulously followed, allowing you to focus solely on patient care.

Our office culture emphasizes teamwork and a shared commitment to patient satisfaction. The front office team is proactive and tech-savvy, dedicated to efficiently managing patient interactions and ensuring a smooth experience from scheduling to follow-up care.

Karla R McDonald DDS is a dentist owned practice in Wisconsin Rapids. Our team values continuing education and provider autonomy. Our focus is comprehensive care for our patients delivered in a modern, welcoming environment. The people on our team are our greatest asset.

We have two great full time hygienists. Appointment times are not rushed to provide time for patient education. We have a laser in office, corded and cordless hygiene handles and our instruments are frequently sharpened by Precision Dental Sharpening.

Our lead dental assistant keeps on top of sterilization, infection control and ordering. She’s passionate about dentistry and advancing her career.

Our front office team is knowledgeable and always striving to serve our patients better. They’re friendly and dedicated to keeping tabs on all our patients utilizing technology.
