Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Midlothian, VAWe are a fun, energetic general dental practice with six experienced doctors dedicated to providing exceptional care in a welcoming environment. Our team combines expertise, advanced technology, and a positive atmosphere to ensure every patient feels comfortable and confident in their smile.
We are seeking a full-time dental assistant with 1 year of experience and a strong team-focused attitude. This role requires flexibility when working with multiple doctors and proficiency in a wide range of chairside procedures, including crown and bridge, endodontics, oral surgery, bone grafts, sinus lifts, and implants. Additional responsibilities include impression taking, pouring models, and fabricating dental appliances. A high school education is required, and a positive, professional approach is essential.
The office is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Street parking is available for staff convenience.
We provide disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support a safe work environment.
Compensation is $20-$25 per hour, along with health insurance, short-term disability, FSA, HSA, 401K with 5% match, and PTO.
