Reliable, upbeat, and skilled Clinical Dental Assistant who thrives in a busy clinical setting, loves working chairside on a wide range of procedures, and is excited about earning beyond hourly pay through performance-based incentives.
What You’ll Do:
Provide chairside assisting for a variety of emergency and comprehensive procedures.
Set up and sterilize operatories efficiently and maintain the highest infection control standards.
Take digital X-rays, impressions, and assist with scanning and surgical setups.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, often during urgent situations.
Support the dentist and team to maintain efficient patient flow and excellent clinical outcomes.
Play an active role in practice growth through teamwork, speed, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the General Dentist with a full scope of general dentistry procedures.
Maintain efficient room turnover and clinical workflows.
Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Deliver exceptional patient care and education.
Coordinate seamlessly with the adjacent multi-specialty office when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
3 + years of dental assisting experience Required- in general dentistry.
Take accurate patient records, medical histories, and vital signs.
Anticipate doctor needs and maintain efficient clinical flow during procedures.
Provide chairside support, including suctioning, instrument transfer, and patient positioning.
Sterilize instruments and manage operatory turnover efficiently.
Educate patients on procedures, post-operative care, and oral hygiene instructions.
Support high-acuity and emergency cases (pain, swelling, trauma, extractions, RCTs) as needed.
Assist with impressions, temporary restorations, and digital scanning when applicable.
Maintain proper documentation in the practice management system.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
Communicate effectively with front desk and remote teams to support scheduling and patient flow.
Adhere to all clinical protocols, HIPAA, and office policies.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of clinical supplies.
Demonstrates strong working knowledge of dental terminology.
Proficient in performing and interpreting digital radiographs.
Team-oriented, reliable, and professional.
Experience with Open Dental (Preferred).

CBCT imaging.
State-of-the-art dental technology.
Schedule:
Monday & Thursday: 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
Tuesday & Wednesday – Office is closed.
Friday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Saturdays: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Sundays: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
