Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Round Rock, TXWe are a growing, boujee cosmetic dental practice ranked #1 in Round Rock by Business Rate, seeking a full-time front office team member to join our General, Orthodontic, Single-Doctor, PPO, and Private practice. This role is ideal for someone with a high school education and at least 6 months of transferable experience in a dental or customer service setting.
The right candidate will bring strong sales ability, basic clinical knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing the schedule in Curve, handling phone calls, coordinating patient communication, and supporting the team with a polished, professional attitude. Familiarity with iTero, digital X-rays, Invisalign, and lasers is highly valued.
This position offers a $22-$27 hourly rate, along with dental benefits and PTO. A 1-hour lunch break is provided. On-site parking is available for convenience.
We are committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable workplace, with PPE provided including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and respirator masks.
