We are a privately owned general dental practice in Warwick, Rhode Island, dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm and welcoming environment. As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our team.
As a Dental Hygienist in our office, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional dental care to patients of all ages. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing, as well as providing fluoride treatments and oral hygiene instructions. We value the importance of one-on-one patient care, which is why you will see one patient at a time, spending approximately one hour with each. This approach allows you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while ensuring they receive the individualized attention they deserve.
Our office is equipped with the latest dental technology to support your practice, and we encourage continuing education opportunities so you can stay abreast of best practices within the industry. We are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, where your skills and professional growth are valued. Ideal candidates will possess essential skills such as scaling, the ability to take radiographs, and treatment planning, as well as have certifications in CPR and local anesthesia.
We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a generous one-hour lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM, along with paid time off (PTO) to ensure you have time to recharge. Safety is a top priority in our practice, and we provide ample personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to keep both our staff and patients safe.
