Are you passionate about working in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment? We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team, where you will play a vital role in creating a positive dental experience for children. Our practice is well-equipped with five chairs and fosters a fun, caring, and high-energy atmosphere that makes every day enjoyable.
As an RDA, you will be responsible for supporting our pediatric dental team with various tasks, including patient care, maintaining equipment, and managing office schedules using Dentrix and DEXIS software. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with young patients and their families to ensure they feel comfortable during their visits. You should be easily teachable and have a strong willingness to learn, as we believe in nurturing the potential of our team members.
We provide essential personal protective equipment (PPE), including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to ensure your safety and that of our patients. If you possess behavioral management skills and are eager to grow within a supportive environment, this position could lead to permanent employment.
