Full Time Hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join a private, fully digital dental practice committed to excellence in every aspect of patient care. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern practice that serves a diverse patient base across general, single-doctor, multi-doctor, PPO, private, and endodontic services. You will work closely with the clinical team in an environment that emphasizes collaboration, precision, and patient comfort. Because we see one patient at a time and typically reserve one hour per patient, you will have the time needed to provide thorough hygiene services, patient education, and individualized care.

The ideal candidate is a college-educated professional who brings strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to patient wellness. We are willing to train the right candidate, so this position is also well-suited for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a supportive setting.

Preferred skills include experience with CAD/CAM, Eaglesoft, Carestream, CEREC restorations, intraoral camera use, VELscope, and digital X-rays. Familiarity with digital workflows is highly valued, as our practice is fully digital and relies on efficient, accurate technology to support outstanding care. Attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-first attitude are essential.

The position offers a one-hour lunch break, parking available in a parking lot, and a benefits package that includes health insurance, PTO, disability insurance, and a 401(k). Compensation is based on experience.
