Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Evanston, ILWe are seeking a full-time, experienced dental professional to join our growing, multi-doctor practice specializing in general and oral surgery care. This is a long-term opportunity with a positive, upbeat team that values work-life balance, communication, and patient comfort. We have served the community for over 40 years and are committed to helping patients feel informed, supported, and at ease while receiving exceptional care.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience and is cross-trained in both front office and clinical duties. Responsibilities include seating patients, assisting chairside with surgical procedures, fabricating provisionals, sterilization, discussing and presenting treatment plans, and helping maintain a clean, organized work environment. Experience with Eaglesoft is preferred, along with strong customer service skills, insurance billing knowledge, and a warm, welcoming demeanor. Comfort using digital scanners is required, and Cerec experience is preferred.
We are looking for someone who is professional, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a supportive, drama-free setting. Our office provides health insurance, 401(k), PTO, a 1-hour lunch break, and all necessary PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Parking is available in a garage. Compensation is $22–$30 per hour, depending on skillset.
