We are looking for a part time hygienist to work on Mondays starting in August.
Pay range: $48-55 / hour.

Are you passionate about dental health and patient care? We are inviting a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, supportive team in our growing private General Dentistry practice. Open since May 2022, we pride ourselves on a positive, family-oriented environment where our patients feel valued and cared for.

In our practice, we typically see 15-20 patients a day, with a focus on creating a pleasant experience for each individual. As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will play a fundamental role in delivering quality care, educating our patients, and enhancing their overall experience within our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough oral assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
- Perform professional cleanings (prophylaxis) and apply fluoride treatments as part of our preventive care approach.
- Provide oral hygiene instruction and patient education to empower patients in maintaining their dental health.
- Keep meticulous patient records and assist in treatment planning to ensure comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with our tight-knit team to maintain a smooth flow in the office, seeing one patient at a time and devoting one hour to each patient.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

- Registered Dental Hygienist with an active license.
- Dental hygiene experience is preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellent patient care.
- CPR Certification and proficiency in digital X-rays, including use of NOMAD Pro and intraoral cameras.
- Familiarity with software like Open Dental and Vixwin is a plus.
