Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Join our beautiful, spa-like prosthodontic practice located in the heart of Coral Gables. We combine advanced technology with exceptional patient care to provide an elevated clinical experience. You will work alongside two prosthodontists, an elite team of hygienists, and a fabulous, supportive clinical team in a modern, fully digital practice specializing in high-end restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in an upscale environment, values comprehensive patient education, and excels in advanced periodontal therapies.
Key Responsibilities
• Elevated Preventative & Periodontal Care: Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal scaling, root planing, and customized therapies tailored to patients with complex restorative, cosmetic, and implant work.
• Digital Workflows & Diagnostics: Expose high-quality digital radiographs, perform intraoral scanning, utilize digital periodontal charting, and update practice management software to streamline patient care.
• Patient Care & Comfort: Provide a warm, luxurious experience that puts patients at ease, offering empathetic care and white-glove service from check-in through post-appointment instruction.
• Oral Health Education: Serve as an expert educator, instructing patients on optimal home care, specialized implant maintenance, and personalized preventive techniques.
• Treatment Planning Collaboration: Work closely with our prosthodontists to identify potential clinical issues, co-diagnose restorative needs, and seamlessly track patient treatment plans.
• Operatory Excellence: Maintain a pristine clinical environment by setting up, breaking down, and thoroughly sterilizing treatment rooms following all state and OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Florida Licensure: Active and valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Florida.
• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification; Local Anesthesia certification is highly preferred to ensure maximum patient comfort.
• Communication: Fully fluent in English with outstanding verbal and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus in our Coral Gables community.
• Attributes: Personable, highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with a professional demeanor suitable for a high-end concierge practice.
• Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a prosthodontic, cosmetic, or high-end restorative practice. Familiarity with advanced digital dental software, intraoral cameras, and modern diagnostics is highly valued.
