patient education, and long-term oral health. We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Registered Dental
Hygienist (RDH) who takes pride in clinical excellence and building strong patient relationships.
Essential Functions
1. Preventive & Therapeutic Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal
scaling, and root planing.
2. Patient Examinations: Conduct oral health assessments, periodontal probing, oral cancer
screenings, and chart findings accurately.
3. Radiography: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images as needed.
4. Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, personalized home care routines,
and the connection between oral health and overall wellness.
5. Treatment Planning: Collaborate with dentists to develop personalized treatment plans and
co-diagnose periodontal conditions.
6. Infection Control & Safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines regarding
sterilization, equipment maintenance, and patient privacy.
7. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed, accurate patient electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
1. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
2. Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) state license in good standing.
