Position Title: Permanent part-time dental hygiene instructor
Current opening:
Fall semesters (August to December) and Spring Semesters (January to May)
-1 RDH to teach Mondays: 1-5 pm (2nd year clinic);

Job Summary:
Co-teach assigned classes within the Dental Hygiene Program in the Dental Hygiene Clinic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Additional related duties may be assigned.

1. Instruct students in the proper use of lab equipment where appropriate.
2. Participate in assessment of student learning.
3. Maintain student records, evaluate student progress, and assign grades.
4. Attend required meetings

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene
2. Illinois Registered Dental Hygiene (RDH) license (active)
3. Five years of current clinical experience in a Dental Clinic as an RDH

*RDH license needs to be presented prior to accepting interview.
