Front Desk Patient Coordinator
LOCATION
Plainsboro Township, NJWe are a well-established dental practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. With over 30 years of clinical experience, we emphasize teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate care. Led by Dr. Matthew S. Steinberg, FAGD, we take pride in building long-term relationships with our patients.
We are seeking a full-time front office team member to join our practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in a dental front office role, with strong skills in customer service, dental terminology, appointment scheduling, and Dentrix proficiency. A solid understanding of dental insurance is required. Dental assisting experience is preferred, as some chairside assisting may be required.
This position is full-time, though part-time may be considered based on the right candidate. Additionally, there is another doctor in the practice, Dr. Krisha Amin, who may require chairside assistance one day per week.
Schedule: This position includes working two Saturdays per month, with every Thursday off.
We offer a supportive, growth-oriented culture that encourages professional development. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour, along with medical insurance (with employee contribution) and paid time off based on years of service.
