We are looking for a skilled in-house digital lab technician to join our team and own the digital design workflow alongside Dr. Tindal.
The Role
This is a hands-on, fully in-house position designing restorations that meet the standards of a premium prosthodontic practice. You will work directly with Dr. Tindal on everything from single units to complex full-arch reconstructions, using an advanced in-office digital and milling workflow. What You'll Do
• Design restorations in exocad, from single crowns and veneers to full-arch cases
• Plan and design full-arch implant-supported restorations
• Integrate Rayface facial scanning into design and treatment planning
• Work with intraoral scan data from Medit and Primescan
• Incorporate Modjaw dynamic jaw motion data into functional design
• Collaborate with Dr. Tindal on treatment planning, case setup, and design refinement
• Support in-office CAD/CAM milling, porcelain milling, and 3D printing workflows
• Maintain the quality, fit, and aesthetics expected of a high-end restorative practice
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience designing in exocad (required)
• Experience with full-arch restorative and implant design
• Familiarity with Rayface facial scanning
• Experience working with Medit and/or Primescan intraoral scan data
• Experience with Modjaw dynamic occlusion / jaw motion workflows
• Strong eye for aesthetics, occlusion, and fit
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable owning a workflow end to end
• Team-oriented and communicative — you'll work closely with the doctor and clinical team
