Patient Care Coordinator – Oasis Dental

Location: Sugar Land, TX
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8:30AM – 6:00 PM)

This is a dedicated role focused on case acceptance and patient experience—while working closely with our team to create a seamless patient experience.

What you’ll do:
• Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
• Educate patients and answer questions
• Discuss financial options and help patients move forward
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Coordinate scheduling with the team for accepted cases

What we’re looking for:
• Previous dental experience REQUIRED
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident discussing treatment and finances
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
