We are excited to invite applications for a full-time General Dentist position at our modern dental practice located in Rockford, Illinois. At our International Dental Center, we are committed to providing comprehensive dental services that include preventative care, restorative procedures, crowns, root canals, and cosmetic treatments. Our primary focus is on ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients while upholding the highest clinical standards.

As part of our dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in a multi-doctor setting that serves a diverse patient demographic, including Medicaid and PPO patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities, as well as the capability to perform a variety of general dentistry procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals. We utilize the latest technology, including digital X-rays and Open Dental and Carestream software, to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.

Candidates should have a minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience, although motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and an ability to build trust with patients are crucial, as we prioritize creating lasting relationships with those we serve. Our practice offers a supportive working atmosphere, experienced assistants, and front desk support, providing you with the tools and resources needed to excel in your role.

Your daily responsibilities will include performing dental procedures with efficiency and accuracy, collaborating with our committed staff, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our practice. We value quality patient care and are looking for a long-term associate who shares that vision.

To ensure a balanced work environment, we provide a daily guaranteed rate of $1,000 based on experience or a percentage of collections, whichever is higher. Plus, you can enjoy a 30-minute lunch break daily, and we maintain rigorous safety protocols, including providing all necessary PPE to protect both staff and patients.
