Position Overview

We are looking for a warm, driven, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. In this key role, you will guide patients through their recommended treatment plans, answer questions about procedures and costs, help secure financing, and serve as a trusted resource for our Spanish-speaking patient population. Your ability to communicate fluently in both languages will make a meaningful difference in patient care and case acceptance.

Schedule & Location

This position follows a rotating two-week schedule, approximately 38–40 hours per week. All shifts include daily huddles and opening/closing responsibilities as assigned.

Week 1 9-4 M-F
