We are looking for an experienced Treatment & Schedule Coordinator who is confident, organized, and passionate about helping patients receive the care they need while keeping our schedule running efficiently.

This is much more than a front desk position. You'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience by coordinating treatment, strategically scheduling appointments, communicating financial information, and working closely with our doctors and clinical team.

What You'll Do

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
Review insurance estimates and explain patient financial responsibility
Discuss payment options and help patients make informed decisions
Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize doctor and hygiene productivity
Coordinate multi-appointment treatment plans
Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule new and existing patients
Help maintain productive daily schedules
Work closely with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members
Verify treatment plans and scheduling accuracy
Utilize Dentrix software to manage appointments and patient records
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For

Dental experience is required.

Our ideal candidate has:

Minimum 2 years of dental front office, treatment coordinator, and scheduling experience
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
Experience presenting treatment and discussing financial arrangements
Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and PPO plans
Experience using Dentrix (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
A genuine desire to help patients receive outstanding dental care

Full-time (4 days per week)
