Orthodontic Assistant Needed *1500 Sign on Bonus*

LOCATION
Denver, CO

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented dental professional to support our orthodontic team in a fast-paced dental office. This full-time role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience and a strong interest in ortho treatment. The ideal candidate will help create a positive patient experience while assisting with a variety of clinical and chairside tasks in a modern orthodontic setting.

Responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with orthodontic procedures, taking and organizing patient records, sterilizing instruments, maintaining supplies, and supporting the clinical team with efficient daily workflow. Strong communication, excellent organization, and the ability to work well with patients of all ages are important in this role. A high school education is required, and prior orthodontic treatment experience is preferred.

This position offers an hourly rate of $28–$32, along with insurance, PTO, and sick time. One-hour lunch breaks are provided. For safety and comfort, the office supplies face shields, latex gloves, and regular masks. Vista Ridge Dental Care participates in Cloud Dentistry auto-pay, and payments to providers are issued at the end of the work week by Cloud Dentistry, not the dental practice. Providers will receive an email with further instructions once an appointment is confirmed.
