Join our patient-focused dental practice as a vital member of our front office team! We are a growing establishment with two well-established locations in McAllen and Palmview, Texas, dedicated to providing comprehensive dental care in a warm and inviting environment.

We are seeking an organized and compassionate professional who possesses excellent customer service skills, along with 5 years of relevant experience in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have a strong understanding of dental billing, treatment plan presentations, and patient education. Familiarity with scheduling software, specifically Open Dental, is a plus.

Our practice serves a diverse patient base, including those on Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance. You will play a crucial role in managing patient interactions, assisting with treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office.

We take pride in maintaining a safe environment, providing our team with high-quality personal protective equipment (PPE) such as disposable gowns, face shields, and N95 masks.
