We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental professional to join a close-knit private practice environment that values quality care, strong patient relationships, and a calm, efficient workflow. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a general dentistry setting with a single-doctor team and thrives in an intimate office atmosphere where collaboration and consistency matter.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic oral care while helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing as indicated, taking and reviewing radiographs, documenting findings accurately, and assisting with oral health education. You will also support the doctor and team by identifying signs of dental disease, reviewing patient histories, and contributing to a smooth, organized patient experience.

A strong working knowledge of Dentrix is critical for this position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using the software for charting, scheduling coordination, treatment note documentation, and maintaining accurate patient records. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential, as this role requires both clinical precision and a warm, professional chairside manner.

Candidates should have a college-level education in dental hygiene and be licensed or eligible for licensure as required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality preventive care in a general practice environment. Experience in a private dental office is helpful, especially in settings where teamwork, continuity, and patient trust are key.

Patient and team safety are a priority. The office provides disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to support proper infection control and personal protection standards.
