Now Hiring: Full-Time Dental Receptionist

Location: Redwood City
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs per week (Monday–Friday, some Saturdays)

Our growing dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, multitasking, and being the welcoming face of a dental office.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression

- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule

- Verify insurance, check eligibility, and assist with billing and collections

- Collect co-pays and process payments

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

- Handle front office administrative tasks and maintain HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

- Bilingual in Spanish preferred

- Previous dental or medical front office experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling software (e.g., Curve hero, Dentrix) a plus

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude

Office hours:
Monday/Friday: 8:30am - 7pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 9am - 6pm
Alternating Saturdays: 9am - 4pm

Salary:
40hr/week
Ranges depending on experience: starting $25-28
