Are you a dedicated and passionate dental hygienist seeking a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic, patient-focused environment? Our general dentistry practice, serving patients aged 1-99, is looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join our team. As we continue to grow, we are excited to welcome a professional who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
In our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including routine cleanings and patient education, tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient. You will typically spend 60-75 minutes with each patient—60 minutes for recall appointments and 75 minutes for new patients—allowing you to build meaningful relationships and ensure quality care.
A key component of your role will include not only cleaning and polishing teeth but also educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care. You will work closely with our dental team, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate respect towards coworkers and contribute positively to our harmonious office environment.
Additionally, you will take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized treatment area, running sterilization processes, and ensuring that our office remains a professional, welcoming space for both staff and patients. Being bilingual is preferred, as we aim to serve a diverse patient population effectively.
As a full-time dental hygienist with us, you will enjoy numerous benefits, including a $200 monthly reimbursement towards health insurance for full-time staff. We provide designated parking at both the front and back of the office, creating convenient access for our team. Our lunch breaks consist of 60 minutes Monday through Thursday and 30 minutes on Fridays.
