Our modern, high-tech, cosmetic, private practice in the Houston Heights area is looking for a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST to join our exceptional practice and help create an outstanding patient experience.

💎Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome patients while creating a positive first impression
• Manage patient scheduling and maintain an efficient appointment flow
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions or scheduling
• Maintain patient charts and update information in Dentrix

💎 Qualifications
• Bilingual English/Spanish MANDATORY
• Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
• Minimum 1 year experience using Dentrix
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Must be willing to work 2 Saturdays per month (with Wednesdays off)

• Mondays & Fridays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Off: Wednesdays, 2 Saturdays per month and Sundays
