We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our modern, boutique dental practice in Franklin. Position Overview:
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive dental cleanings, conducting periodontal assessments, and educating patients about proper oral hygiene practices. You will work closely with our team of dental professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis, scaling and root planing as needed.
- Conduct periodontal screenings and assessments, documenting findings accurately.
- Provide education and motivation to patients on preventive care and oral hygiene techniques.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatment procedures as needed.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized work environment in accordance with regulations and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- A valid state dental hygiene license in good standing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages.
- A commitment to patient education and a desire to help individuals achieve optimal oral health.
- Experience with electronic health records and digital radiography is a plus.
