We are seeking a certified or registered dental assistant to join a private general dental practice dedicated to patient-centered care and high clinical standards. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a dependable professional who enjoys working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical support skills in dental assisting, along with solid knowledge of dental care and oral care to help support treatment and patient education. Responsibilities include chairside assisting, sterilization, infection control, preparing treatment areas, assisting with X-rays, and maintaining organized clinical workflows. CPR and X-ray certification are required. Prior experience in a general dental practice is preferred.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills who can work collaboratively in a small team while maintaining professionalism with patients. A high school education level is appropriate for this role.
This full-time position offers competitive compensation at $28–$36 per hour, plus a monthly medical insurance stipend, dental insurance, access to 401k plans, flexible scheduling, holidays, and PTO. Parking is available onsite, and the lunch break is 1 hour.
