What You’ll Do
As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the trusted guide who helps patients understand their treatment options and feel supported every step of the way. Your role will include:
Presenting treatment plans clearly, with empathy and professionalism.
Explaining insurance estimates, payment plans, and financing options like CareCredit.
Coordinating with our clinical and front office teams to schedule treatment efficiently (bonus points for same-day starts!).
Building strong, lasting relationships as the consistent point of contact throughout the patient’s care.
Maintaining accurate records and helping the team achieve production goals.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1+ year in a dental front office or treatment coordinator role (CareStack experience is a plus).
Knowledge: Familiarity with cosmetic, restorative, and surgical dentistry; strong grasp of insurance and patient financing.
Skills: Excellent communicator, confident presenting treatment, and skilled at building rapport.
Mindset: Growth-oriented, organized, and excited to contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team.
Bonus: Dental assisting experience and/or CPR certification.
