We are seeking a skilled dental hygienist to join our growing team in a full-time role within a general, multi-doctor dental practice. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who values quality care, teamwork, and a supportive clinical environment. New graduates are welcome, and 1–2 years of experience is preferred.
At our practices, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-first care in a welcoming, collaborative, and professionally rewarding environment. We believe extraordinary patient outcomes begin with an empowered, highly supported dental team. Whether providing preventive care, specialized treatments, or clinical support, our offices offer the structure, technology, and team atmosphere needed to thrive.
As part of the clinical team, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services with a strong emphasis on patient education, prevention, and comfort. You may see one patient at a time or two at a time depending on the schedule, with approximately 60–90 minutes spent with each patient. A 30–60 minute lunch break is provided. Our office promotes a smooth workflow and a patient-centered pace that allows you to focus on high-quality care rather than rushed appointments.
Why professionals love working with us:
- Patient-first culture focused on personalized care
- Collaborative and supported environment with experienced team members
- Modern facilities and equipment to help streamline daily clinical work
- Career growth and development through training and mentorship
- Diverse patient community, including families, pediatric patients, and adults
We value familiarity with Dentrix, Open Dental, Microsoft Office, Planmeca, Intraoral Camera, iTero, KaVo, and digital X-rays. The ideal candidate will hold a Dental Hygiene License in the state of New Mexico and demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent patient care.
We provide a full range of personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, regular masks, and other PPE as needed. Parking is available in the office parking lot for added convenience.
Compensation for this full-time position is $45.00–$50.00 per hour, with benefits including sick pay, holiday pay, and PTO.
