Are you a dedicated and organized professional passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experiences? Spruce Grove Dental is a new, modern general dental practice located in Perinton, NY, and is seeking a motivated Front Office team member to join our growing practice.
In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, verifying insurance, maintaining infection control protocols, and utilizing Open Dental software. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is required, with specific knowledge of Open Dental highly preferred.
We pride ourselves on creating a personalized care experience for each patient, and your role will be crucial in achieving this goal. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude are essential. You will also receive valuable training in our office protocols and patient care practices.
Our supportive team values professional growth, and we provide essential PPE to ensure a safe working environment. Enjoy a one-hour lunch break between 1 PM and 2 PM while earning a competitive hourly rate of $18-$24 based on your experience.
