We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Team Member to join our thriving dental practice, serving the Friendswood and Pearland area for over 25 years. Our multi-specialty office includes general, pediatric, orthodontic, and oral surgery services, providing an exciting and diverse environment for our team.
In this full-time role, you will be the smiling face welcoming patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, insurance verification, communicating with patients regarding their treatment plans and insurance options. Proficiency in Open Dental software is ideal. Your ability to connect with patients and ensure a seamless administrative experience will be key to our practice’s success.
We offer a supportive team atmosphere with a commitment to excellence in patient care. In addition to a one-hour lunch break, we provide a competitive salary ranging from $18.00 - $23.00, generous PTO, a 401k plan, and dental benefits. Bay area Dental Specialists has been in the Friendswood and Pearland area for over 25 years. We are a private practice that started as a strictly pediatric practice - Dentistry 4 Children - and due to the overwhelming requests from our parents and graduating young adults, we added our general and cosmetic dentists as well as orthodontics and oral surgery. Our team is comprised of two pediatric dentists, two general dentists, an orthodontist, and an oral surgeon. We have a great team atmosphere, with some the best administrative and clinical team members in the area.
