The Role
As our Treatment Coordinator, you are the welcoming face and the heart of our concierge experience. Working closely alongside Dr. Do in our single-doctor practice, you will translate clinical expertise into clear, approachable, and achievable treatment plans. We are searching for an enthusiastic professional who pairs a strong dental background with deep empathy to guide our patients smoothly through their dental journeys.

What You Will Do:
* Deliver Concierge-Level Care: Greet patients warmly and build immediate trust, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and valued from the moment they walk through our doors.
* Communicate with Compassion: Clearly and confidently explain dental procedures and Dr. Do's clinical recommendations, breaking down complex terminology to alleviate anxiety.
* Coordinate for Convenience: Masterfully navigate dental insurance benefits, present accurate financial estimates, and discuss flexible payment options to make care accessible and stress-free.
* Manage the Journey: Efficiently coordinate with our clinical team to schedule treatments, maximizing Dr. Do's time while respecting the patient's busy life.
* Share Our Story: Act as an ambassador for our brand, fostering lasting relationships and reflecting our warm, friendly, and approachable personality in every interaction.

What We Are Looking For:
** Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a dental office setting.
** Dental Fluency: A strong clinical background with a comprehensive understanding of dental procedures and terminology.
** Exceptional Communication: The ability to speak articulately, listen actively, and adapt your communication style to connect with our diverse community.
