Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms to the highest standards.
Directly assist the surgeon during a variety of oral and periodontal surgery procedures.
Manage and maintain accurate patient records, imaging, and all pre- and post-operative documentation.
Ensure strict compliance with all infection control protocols and safety standards.
Educate patients on pre-operative instructions and post-operative care to ensure a smooth recovery.
Collaborate with the entire dental team to maintain an efficient and seamless workflow.

Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years of direct experience in oral surgery and/or periodontal surgery assisting.
Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.
Proficiency with dental software such as OpenDental or Dentrix.
Valid X-ray certification is required.
Certification or formal training in dental assisting (preferred).
Current CPR certification (preferred).
Must be fluent in English.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive hourly wage: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour.
A generous $800 signing bonus.

Schedule & Culture
