Our dental office is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. No prior dental experience required — we will train the right entry‑level candidate. Ability to multitask is essential, and Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in patients and guests

Confirm daily schedules and upcoming appointments

Verify insurance benefits and assist with treatment planning

Answer phones and support patient communication

Perform general front office and administrative tasks

As a front office staff member, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for each visitor.
