Full time hygienist for maternity leave

Sandusky, MIJoin Our Dynamic General Dental Office as a Dental Hygienist!
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist to join our friendly team in a well-established general dentistry practice. At our office, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our long-term patients and fostering a supportive environment among staff members. This full-time position is now available due to the maternity leave of our current hygienist.
Our facility boasts eight treatment rooms, with three designated specifically for hygiene. We work collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, allowing you to focus on delivering the highest quality of care. With one patient seen at a time, you will spend one hour with adult patients and 40 minutes with children, allowing for in-depth treatments and meaningful interactions with each individual.
As a dental hygienist with us, you will be an integral member of our team. You will utilize your expertise in a variety of areas including calculus removal, oral hygiene instruction, and periodontal treatment. Your skills in Arestin therapy, fluoride treatment, and local anesthesia will be valued as you implement individualized treatment plans for our patients. Experience with Dentrix Ascend, DEXIS, intraoral cameras, and iTero will further enhance our patient care.
We prioritize a positive work culture, and our team is known for being friendly and helpful. Our office features a fully finished basement with kitchen and laundry facilities, as well as individual lockers for each employee, ensuring a comfortable work environment. We also provide all necessary personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves and regular masks.
You will have a one-hour lunch break to recharge amidst your busy day. We offer competitive compensation at $48 per hour, reflecting our commitment to recognizing and rewarding your hard work.
