We are seeking a motivated and compassionate general dentist to join a well-established, team-oriented dental practice that has built a strong reputation for quality care and personal relationships. This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, single-doctor office that serves PPO and private patients across general dentistry and advanced restorative care. Our practice is centered on patient needs, efficient teamwork, and a calm, supportive environment where staff members work together to provide an exceptional experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a broad clinical scope. Our office provides comprehensive dentistry, including endodontics, oral surgery, implants, restoring implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, cosmetic dentistry, periodontal treatment, extractions, and restorative procedures. Experience with treatments such as bone grafting, alveoloplasty, surgical extractions, root canal therapy, rotary endodontics, scaling and root planing, and pediatric care is highly valued. A strong foundation in treatment planning, patient education, oral cancer screening, and oral pathology screening is important, along with confidence in local anesthesia, operative dentistry, and four-handed dentistry.
Candidates should also bring excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, answer phones, schedule appointments, take payments, verify insurance, enter insurance information, and process claims accurately. Strong computer skills are essential, along with a personable approach and the ability to build trust with patients and coworkers. Familiarity with ADSTRA Management, Vixwin, Gendex, intraoral cameras, iTero, KaVo, and digital x-rays is preferred.
Our practice is known for its loyal patient base, long-tenured staff, and team-first culture. The environment is professional, efficient, and free of drama, with team members supporting one another through instrument handling, sterilization, and daily clinical workflows. We value trust, consistency, and genuine care for every patient.
This full-time role includes a 1-hour lunch break and offers salary based on experience. If you are a skilled, patient-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative setting, this could be an excellent fit.
