Treatment and Billing Coordinator
LOCATION
Wayne, NJJoin our dedicated team at our general dental practice, where compassion and camaraderie thrive! We are seeking a motivated front office professional to enhance our patients' experiences. Our diverse team of passionate and caring ladies takes pride in delivering exceptional dental care while fostering a fun and friendly atmosphere.
As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, creating/presenting treatment plans, billing, and ensuring our office runs smoothly. Your experience in a dental setting (minimum of 3 years) will be invaluable as you engage with patients and support our clinical team.

Compensation starts at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer a paid time off (PTO) and a 401k plan with a match. Join us in our mission to provide the best care while enjoying the company of our patients and each other!
Hours:
Monday: 10 am-8:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am- 6:30 pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 9:00 am- 6:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
Saturday (first of the month Oct-May): 7:30 am-12:30 pm
