If you believe you possess these characteristics as an associate dentist, we would love to have you join our team! You will be provided all the support necessary to improve your skills in clinical dentistry, patient management, and communication. Dr. Morren will work with you to achieve your clinical and professional goals.

Our office is set up to cater to our dentists, and will allow you to practice with complete autonomy. You will be encouraged to voice your opinion on your preferred materials and your ideal patient flow, as well as help support and educate the other members of our team. As our new associate dentist, new patients will be directed your way to rapidly build your patient base within our office and maximize your earning potential.

What to expect as an Associate Dentist at Austin Dental Company:

-Arrive on time for the morning huddle to start the day off on a positive note!
-Create a warm and welcoming environment for each patient, ensuring their comfort
-Perform a wide range of dental procedures including exams, fillings, CEREC crowns, and extractions.
-Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
-Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
-Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient care.
-Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
-Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education and professional development.
-Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
-Use our available technology (itero, intraoral camera, digital xrays, etc..) to educate patients of all ages on the current state of their oral health and emphasize proper oral hygiene practices
