Hygiene Treatment Coordinator

Huntington Dental Excellence is seeking an energetic, organized, and patient-focused Hygiene Treatment Coordinator to help grow and optimize our hygiene department while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This position is more than scheduling dental cleanings. We are looking for someone who can educate patients, build relationships, maintain a productive hygiene schedule, and help patients understand the importance of preventive and periodontal care.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a productive and efficient hygiene schedule.
Ensure patients leave with their next hygiene appointment reserved.
Fill cancellations quickly and maintain an effective Short Notice List.
Minimize unscheduled chair time and protect valuable hygiene time.
Educate patients on preventive care, periodontal health, and the connection between oral and overall health.
Communicate confidently with patients regarding recommended hygiene intervals and treatment.
Coordinate closely with hygienists, doctors, and the clinical team.
Monitor hygiene production and identify opportunities for growth.
Track key hygiene performance indicators and report results to leadership.
Support treatment coordination and follow up with patients regarding recommended care.
Help create an exceptional patient experience that builds long-term relationships and retention.
