Lead Dental Assistant

We are seeking an experienced dental professional for a position for a lead RDA. Someone who can work comfortably in a busy, patient-focused private practice that serves individuals who value both dental health and overall wellbeing. Our holistic dental office combines modern technology with a caring approach, offering services across general dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery in both single-doctor and multi-doctor settings. We work with PPO and private patients and maintain a high standard of comfort, safety, and professionalism.
The applicant must be open to learning new procedures and should be able to do inventory as well.

The ideal candidate will have a high school education, a minimum of 5 years of dental assisting experience, and strong knowledge of all general dentistry procedures. Experience with Eaglesoft is required, and excellent computer skills are essential, as our practice uses advanced technology and digital systems. Cross-trained candidates are preferred, especially those comfortable supporting a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.

This is a full-time position with a 30-minute lunch break. We provide PPE including disposable gowns, goggles, and regular masks. Parking is available on the 5th floor for added convenience. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on skill level, experience, and overall fit for the role.
