Premier Dental Center in New Braunfels is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time! In this role, you will act as a Treatment Coordinator for our ortho team a few days per week while helping our general team as a Patient Coordinator the remaining days.

*Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator
*A warm, personable, and outgoing personality with a reliable, detail-oriented approach

Schedule: Full-Time
*Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
*Fridays Optional 8am-5pm
*Saturdays (2-3/month) 8am-2pm
Compensation: $22-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:
*Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
*Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
*Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
*Present treatment plans and schedule follow up appointments
*Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
*Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service
Qualifications:
*1 year of previous experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator
*Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
*Confident presenting treatment plans to patients
*Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!)
