Dental Hygienist (Full time or Part time)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our thriving private practice, where we have been providing exceptional dental care since 2017. Recently relocating to our brand-new office in October 2024, we take pride in treating patients of all ages, abilities, and oral health conditions. Our practice embodies a strong team-oriented culture that values individuality and fosters a fun, collaborative environment.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining our commitment to holistic dental health. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team, which includes two doctors, four hygienists, four assistants, three patient care coordinators, and a business manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough dental cleanings and assessments for one patient at a time, spending an average of one hour per visit.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to create individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records using our practice management software.
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety, utilizing the personal protective equipment (PPE) provided, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and masks.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cohesive team.
- Excellent organizational abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates with varied backgrounds.
