What We’re Looking For:
Current PA Dental Hygienist License
CPR Certification (don’t worry — we’ll cover the cost if you need training)
Strong communication skills to foster team spirit and ease patient concerns
Commitment to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols

A Plus, But Not a Requirement:
Experience using Open Dental software
Previous pediatric dental experience
