LOCATION
Littleton, COWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join a private, single-doctor general dental practice on a full-time basis. This position is available due to the current hygienist being on maternity leave, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to step into a well-supported clinical setting.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and be comfortable delivering high-quality preventive care in an intimate office environment where attention to detail, communication, and patient relationships matter. Strong proficiency with Dentrix is critical for success in this role. Candidates should also have experience with local anesthesia and be confident working independently while maintaining a calm, organized, and professional chairside presence.
This role includes a mix of single-patient and occasional double-hygiene scheduling. At times, you will see one patient at a time; at other times, you may work with two patients in a hour, with each patient typically scheduled for one hour. Double hygiene appointments are not scheduled for the entire shift and are not designed to be overly fast-paced. When double hygiene is scheduled, a dedicated dental assistant will be available to assist with polishing, taking x-rays, and room setup, helping maintain an efficient and supportive workflow. In addition, there is a $25 premium per double hygiene patient.
This is a full-time opportunity offering $75+/hour, along with PTO. The office provides the necessary PPE to help support a safe clinical environment, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Please note that there is no lunch break during the workday, so reliability, stamina, and strong time management are important.
